How do I make payment?

Payments are accepted via credit card or debit card with a valid billing address.
When placing an order your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit/debit card or we will not be able to process your purchase.

How do I track my mail order?
Once your order is shipped, we will email you with a tracking number and relevant courier website link.

What is your return policy?
We will offer an exchange only if your item/s are deemed unsatisfactory, only on the condition that you return, the item/s within 14 days of receiving your purchase/s and with the receipt and the original packaging. We are unable to exchange if item/s have been worn, marked or soiled. Please note that bespoke, antique, personalised item/s and works of art cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What is the expected delivery time of my mail order and what is the cost?
Postage and packaging charges do apply. P&P is dependant on weight, size and destination of your parcel. We will provide a quote before any purchase.



In some cases for international delivery, delays and further costs can occur due to “Customs duty”. Connolly are not responsible for such occurrences but we can give useful information received from “Customs duty” and provide basic advice. 

Please note that our courier service does not operate on weekends. 



Express courier: If purchase is made before 12pm: 

UK: 1-2 working days 

Europe : 1- 2 working days 

New York 1-3 working days 

Rest of the world: 4-5 working days



Standard courier: If purchase is made before 12pm:

UK: 2-4 working days 

Europe: 2- 4 working days 

New York: 3- 6 days

Rest of the world: 5-8 working days
